Chlamydia trachomatis Serotypes A, B, C	Conjunctival swab, fluid with scraping for chlamydia testing may be appropriate if there is doubt about the diagnosis.
Secondary bacterial keratitis	Conjunctival swab when secondary bacterial keratitis is thought to be present.
