| Method | Direct and indirect immunofluoresence. |
| Application | Investigation of neutropenia, when immune-mediated (including drug-induced) neutropenia is suspected. |
| Interpretation | A positive result is seen in immune neutropenia and drug-induced neutropenia eg, secondary to penicillins, cephalosporins, vancomycin. |
